MAP: Land proposed to be rezoned

A Break Time convenience store is proposed for the corner of Grindstone Parkway and Rock Quary Road. MFA Oil hopes to lease the property from 8 Ball Commercial Properties of Tipton and have it rezoned from agriculture to planned commercial use.
