The Boone County and Columbia Fire Departments responded to a house fire Friday afternoon on Stanwood Drive. No one was injured.
Five fire trucks and 26 firefighters responded to a house fire Friday afternoon on Stanwood Drive in Columbia. Only two dogs were in the house when the fire started. They were rescued with the help of a neighbor.

Firefighters from the Columbia Fire Department and the Boone County Fire Protection District responded to the fire on Stanwood Drive in Columbia Friday afternoon. Firefighters received the call at 4:23 p.m.
