Festival goers reinvent old clothes with tie dye

Tie-dye pigments are used for the Tie Dye Express and Tie Dye Queen booths at the seventh annual EcoArtFest at Cooper's Landing on Sunday. Tie Dye Express owner, Chuck Neal, attends the festival every year as a vendor. Neal also brings old clothes to recycle for tie-dying.
