Fox Hudson can't contain his excitement as Kris Simpson shows off a Madagascar hissing cockroach to a group Saturday at the South Farm Showcase at MU's South Farm. Simpson is the collections manager of Enns Entomology Museum and hosted the cockroach races during the showcase. "They aren't hissing much today," Simpson said, which is probably due to the cooler temperatures.
