Nobel Longhair protests outside the Columbia City Hall

A protester who identified himself as Nobel Longhair stands outside the Daniel Boone City Building in support of the Russian punk protest band Pussy Riot. In February, the band performed a punk prayer in front of Moscow's main Russian Orthodox cathedral, and three of its members were sentenced to prison in August.
