Resident of Rock Quarry Road learned Monday night at a City Council meeting that their neighborhood petition against 8 Ball Commercial Properties LLC's rezoning request was invalid. A valid petition will require signatures from neighbors who collectively own at least 30 percent of the property within a 185-foot-radius of the proposed rezoning.
