PHOTO GALLERY: Couple opens historical house as guesthouse

For the first time in its 100-year-old history, the house at the corner of West Boulevard and Ash Street will be open to the public. Owners Kristin Bourgeois and Adam Kaiser bought the historical house in 2011 and converted it into a guesthouse called Creekstone Cottage.
Creekstone Cottage on Ash Street and West Boulevard was built in 1911.

Kristin Bourgeois and Adam Kaiser own the small cottage on the corner of Ash Street and West Boulevard. The cottage is available for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Bourgeois and Kaiser bought the cottage in 2011 and have had guests staying in it almost every weekend since January 2012.

Creekstone Cottage features a fireplace in the living room. Guests who stay in the house range from people on business trips to football fans from Georgia and Arizona State.

The cottage on Ash Street and West Boulevard has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. A maximum of six people can stay in the guesthouse.
