The eighth annual Warm Up Columbia event organized by the Voluntary Action Center provided warm items to low-income families, the elderly and disabled individuals.
People come to get free warm items at the Warm Up Columbia event Saturday at the Armory Sports & Recreation Center. Warm Up Columbia provided coats and blankets and other items to low-income families, the elderly and disabled individuals.
