Voters, candidates wander through Oakland Junior's library for student convention

Voters and candidates made their way through the Oakland Junior High School library Thursday for the ninth-grade English and government honor's block political convention. The students researched different candidates and prepared a display table for each candidate. The students also answered questions from the public and gave a speech on their candidate's main issues.
