PHOTO GALLERY: Ashland residents celebrate opening of new library

On Saturday morning, Ashland residents passed books hand-to-hand to fill the Southern Boone County Public Library's new building. A white-dove release and a ribbon-cutting ceremony were also part of the festivities.
