Man holds up trout at Cosmo-Bethel Park

Scott Rosa holds up a trout he caught while fishing on Nov. 26 at Cosmo-Bethel Park. Rosa released the fish because, according to the rules and regulations, all trout must be released unharmed from Nov. 1 through Jan. 31.
