Cooks in the Kitchen is a program that helps teach simple, healthy recipes to people with disabilities so they feel more comfortable in the kitchen.

Michael Evans, who was born with optic nerve hypoplasia and has poor vision, uses the VoiceOver feature on his iPhone to check the desired internal temperature for cooked meatloaf. Evans found out that the desired temperature is 170 degrees Farenheit.
