Karen Miller takes oath of office

Karen Miller, re-elected in November as Boone County Southern District commissioner, takes the oath of office during a ceremony Tuesday at the Boone County Government Center. Miller was first elected in 1992 and was sworn in 20 years ago to the day in 1993.
