Marcy Luebbert's favorite Columbia Transit bus route is the 103 Green Northeast Loop. This route, according to Luebbert, has everything that she needs: shopping centers, her bank, her doctor's office and restaurants. Luebbert has cerebral palsy and she doesn't own a wheelchair van, so the bus is her only means of transportation.
