Lydia Cook discusses location microchips for pets at carnival
June 2, 2013 | 6:48 p.m. CDTMU veterinarian Lydia Cook, right, talks about using microchips to locate lost pets at Bella's Pet Carnival on Sunday outside the MU Animal Science Building.
