Carroll Walker of Green City participates in competitive archery at the Missouri State Senior Games on Saturday at Stephens Lake Park. Walker lost his arm in 1978 after he was injured while trying to move a grain auger with his father, and began learning archery the next year. To compensate for the missing arm, he pulls back on the drawstring with his teeth and lets go when he's ready to fire.
