Nene Rwenyaguza dances during a worship service April 21 at First Baptist Church in Columbia. The services and hymns are performed in the congregation’s native languages — Swahili, Kirundi, French and Kinyamulenge. Kinyamulenge, the congregation’s tribal language, is typically spoken. There are nearly 400 different languages and dialects spoken throughout the Congo.
