MAP: City considers temporary Clark Lane walkways

Columbia City Council is considering adding an asphalt shoulder along Clark Lane. The asphalt extension on both sides of the road would accommodate pedestrians and bicyclists until permanent sidewalks are built in three years. If approved, construction would begin in the spring and be completed by summer, said Third Ward Councilman Karl Skala.
