The three women work for the T.E. Atkins University of Missouri Wellness Program in different roles working to make employees and students more aware of areas where they may need help. The focus areas of the program are stress reduction, weight management, inactivity and smoking cessation. The Mindfulness Practice Center is based in Columbia but covers all University of Missouri campuses.
