Peter Byger of the Benton-Stephens neighborhood association crawls under some low-hanging limbs while cleaning up trash in Lions-Stephens Park in Columbia. "I wanna make sure I get all the way back here, it's like people use this place as their personal trash can," Byger said. About 15 volunteers were on hand Saturday morning to help remove trash and trim foliage in the park as part of the city's 12th annual Cleanup Columbia day.
