Columbia searching for answers to high trihalomethanes in water

Tim Campbell runs a sample on the chlorine levels of Columbia's water supply. The water is tested every other hour and the levels are recorded immediately after. Chlorine is used to disinfect and is a necessary component of safe drinking water.
