Chris KosterChris Koster, 43, of Harrisonville, is a former assistant attorney general and Cass County prosecutor. He has represented the 31st District in the Missouri Senate since 2004. Koster, a former Republican, switched parties when he announced his intention to run for attorney general. Koster says his experience prosecuting criminals will serve him well in the attorney general's office. He pledges to prosecute Internet criminals and to fight solicitors who victimize college students, senior citizens and low-income people. He also wants to improve enforcement of environmental laws. |
