State Assessment of Adult Literacy

A specific measure of adult literacy within a state that’s completed in conjunction with the national assessment. Missouri, Maryland, Massachusetts, Kentucky, New York and Oklahoma took part in the 2003 state assessment. Missouri’s results were first reported in 2005.
