Quarry Heights neighborhood association is bordered by Glenwood Avenue, Glenwood Court and Redbud Lane to the west, by the MKT Trail to the south, by Edgewood Avenue to the east, and by the southern boundaries of Historic Old Southwest neighborhood to the north.

Historic Old Southwest neighborhood association encompasses properties from the centerline of West Boulevard on the east to the centerline of Edgewood Avenue to Rollins Road on both sides, north to the boundaries of Quarry Heights, Westmount Avenue to center line of street, Edgewood Avenue to center line of street, Stewart Road to Broadway, excluding all properties on both sides of Broadway from West Boulevard to Edgewood Avenue, and excluding any properties within existing registered neighborhood associations.
