The Missouri softball team lost 10-4 to Florida on Saturday night in the championship game of the Southeastern Conference tournament.
Missouri hosted the SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday.
The Missouri softball team beat Tennessee 3-0 in the Southeastern Conference tournament Saturday. The team plays Florida at 7 p.m.
Columbia College students attended their commencement ceremony Saturday at the Southwell Complex. Graduates from all of the Columbia College campuses and online programs were invited to walk in the ceremony.
Rock Bridge students danced during their prom Friday in the Kimball Ballroom at Stephens College.

Missouri athletes competed in the Outdoor Track and Field Championship on Friday at Walton Stadium in Columbia. The championship is set to conclude on Sunday.
MU students celebrated Senior Sendoff, including the traditional walk through the Columns on Francis Quadrangle, on Friday afternoon.
Centralia Intermediate School students participated in a Civil War re-enactment Friday at Centralia Battlefield in celebration of Civil War day. Students participated in a mock battle and wrote letters to one another as if they were writing home from war.
Circus Pages, which originated in Cuba in the 1960s, performed at the Boone County fairgrounds Friday. The show, which focuses on animals among other attractions, includes African elephants and white lions.

Athletes from SEC schools adjusted to the wet conditions Thursday at the SEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The competition will continue through Sunday.
Three gamers in Columbia created their own company to sell original games and spread their enthusiasm for gaming. They meet at The Heidelberg every few weeks to discuss and develop new games, as well as to have fun playing them.

Eight emergency vehicles responded to a 911 call about a hydraulic fluid leak in MU's Middlebush Hall on Wednesday. Middlebush Hall was evacuated and no one was harmed.
Rock Bridge tennis defeated Jefferson City in the Class 2 District 9 tournament final on Wednesday. The tournament was held at Cosmo-Bethel Park. Even though Rock Bridge clinched the match after winning singles 6-0, the two teams played one-set doubles to 8 for fun.
The Central Missouri Honor Flight welcome home party took place at the Courtyard Marriott hotel early Wednesday morning. About 70 World War II, Korea and Vietnam veterans took part in the flight to Washington to visit the nation's war memorials.

The Tolton High School girls soccer team played Fatima High School on Tuesday at Cosmo Park.
After weeks of unpredictable weather, Tuesday was an average day in May for Columbia. MU students read on a hammock in Peace Park, studied on Francis Quadrangle and ran on the MKT Nature and Fitness Trail.
