Skala travel receipts

From 2007 through 2009, Third Ward incumbent Karl Skala attended 13 conferences, seminars and expos. Skala has been accused by Gary Kespohl of misusing the City Council’s travel budget to finance these trips.

Council members are allocated a $42 per diem for meals during their travels.
