Specially designed mannequins Hal, left, and Russman wait to be examined in the simulation room at the Russell D. and Mary B. Shelden Clinical Simulation Center, which opened Monday in the University's Clinical Support and Education Building. The mannequins allow students to practice various medical procedures while simulating physical processes and responses such as breathing and reacting to light.
