Freya Hopkins attended Sunday’s peace rally with her parents (Justin and Laura Hopkins) to promote peace in the Columbia community. She rode atop her father’s shoulders as he marched from Douglass Park to the Boone County Courthouse in the Community Peace Rally Against Crime and Violence. Then she stood displaying her sign for participants and passers-by to see. The march and rally were held Sunday and were sponsored by the Youth Community Coalition.
