Children gather candy at parade

Children gather candy thrown out by participants in the 29th annual Jaycees' Holiday Parade held in downtown Columbia on Sunday afternoon. Many of the parade participants dressed in costume, with characters including Winnie the Pooh, a penguin, circus clowns, and Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, among others.
