Captain explains function of truck

Capt. David Hanks of the Boone County Fire Protection District explains the function of a truck to visitors of Tons of Trucks on Thursday afternoon. The event, which was held at the Rainbow Softball Center parking lot at Cosmopolitan Park, featured various municipal service trucks, including fire and rescue trucks, delivery trucks, tow trucks and one trawler boat from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
