Sonia Sotomayor, shown in this 2003 photo provided by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, has been selected by President Obama as the first Hispanic to serve on the Supreme Court. Sources say the president will make a public announcement on Tuesday morning.
