Hooping to Chump Change

Lois Bennett sways to the music of the Chump Change Band, who played before Chuck Berry during the 9th Street Summerfest Festival outside of The Blue Note on Wednesday. Bennett is part of a hula-hooping group called Hulagans, which performs at various musical festivals in the area.
