Hindman at City Hall construction

Columbia Mayor Darwin Hindman visits the new City Hall addition at 701 E. Broadway on Wednesday. Assistant City Manager Tony St. Romaine said he anticipates the first council meeting of January 2010 will be in the new facilities.
