Highway WW head-on collision

Missouri State Trooper Scott Ballard, left, takes notes for his accident report at the site of a head-on collision on Highway WW east of Rangeline Road early Saturday afternoon. Both drivers, the only occupants of the vehicles, were taken to University Hospital with moderate to severe injuries.
