Working on math problems in Moving Ahead program

Darius Burse, 8, of the Columbia Housing Authority Moving Ahead program practices working math problems Tuesday at the J.W. “Blind” Boone Community Center in Columbia. Children in the program spend an hour of each day working with tutors. Program coordinator Carroll Zu-Bolton said the program is academically focused even in the summer.
