Buck heads that were a part of the buck contest on display at the Missouri Deer Classic held this weekend at the Boone County Fairgrounds. Two types of classes were in the contest, current and historical with current having deer harvested in the last five years and historical having deer harvested six years ago or more.

After high school, Catherine Lee was looking to play for an SEC school and was considering Georgia Tech, where Ehren Earleywine had been the coach. Earleywine was packing his bags to come coach for Missouri when letters expressing Lee's interest arrived at Georgia Tech.

Representatives from MU student organizations hold candles on the steps of Jesse Hall in support of diversity at the unity event Friday. The wind blew out the first candle, requiring the candles to be lit symbolically.
