Missouri football team holds clinic for Big Brothers Big Sisters
The MU football team held a clinic for the Columbia chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters before the annual spring scrimmage on April 16. Participants were able to sharpen their football skills on Faurot Field under the instruction of several MU football players.

Lobbyist plays piano on late nights in state Capitol
On late nights at the Missouri state Capitol building, Abram Messer, a lobbyist, plays piano in the marble lobby. His music echoes to the upper galleries and brings out other late-night dwellers who listen. He doesn't play for an audience, however; he plays to relieve stress. It's what he calls therapy.

Planned Parenthood: Polarizing perspectives
As Planned Parenthood fights for funding at the federal level, protesters on both sides of the debate gathered outside the organization’s Columbia clinic. About 150 demonstrators came out in support of Planned Parenthood, outnumbering roughly 40 opponents standing vigil as part of the 40 Days for Life campaign.
