When Bill Rastorfer retired after a 14-year career as a boxer, he wanted to continue with the sport as a teacher. But his day job as a computer drafter kept him from teaching full time. He could not afford to buy his own boxing gym, so he compromised with his wife. Today, he operates Dojo Studio, a Columbia gym that he runs out of a back room in his wife’s hair salon.
