Missouri Theatre hosts ‘Art of it All’ carnival

The Missouri Theatre hosted the "Art of it All Carnival" on Saturday. Brother and sister Sam and Rebecca Kurtz explored the rides, games and food offered down Ninth Street. The two, ages 5 and 6, said their favorite ride was the Ferris wheel.
