Taser use called unnecessary by witnesses

In this video submitted by the sister of the man who was shocked with a Taser, Columbia police officers can be seen attempting to bring Alan Giles to his feet after he was pepper sprayed and Tasered on Saturday night outside of Cafe Berlin in Columbia. Witnesses have called the action unnecessary. Giles was arrested on suspicion of urinating in public and resisting arrest. This video contains explicit language. Viewer discretion is advised.
