Karole Hughes Weise
Karole Hughes Weise of Columbia died Friday, March 4, 2011. She was 64.
She was born Sept. 14, 1946, in Huntsville to J.D. and Faye Hughes.
Ms. Weise loved to do crafts, especially beadwork and embroidery, said her sister, Beverly Halliburton. She also loved to go fishing and spend time with her grandchildren.
She served as manager of the Public Finance Co. and the Avco Finance Co. in Moberly for several years.
Ms. Weise is survived by her two sons and their wives, Terry and Diane Walker of Columbia and Stacy and Donna Walker of Boonville; six grandchildren; a brother and his wife, Calvin and Kelly Hughes of Cairo; a sister, Beverly Halliburton of Cairo; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ms. Weise will be cremated, and a memorial service will take place at a later date.
