Annette McLean Garver Clover
Annette McLean Garver Clover died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Candlelight Lodge. She was 84.
She was born on April 5, 1927, in Akron, Ohio, to Harold and Margaret (McLean) Garver.
She married Wallace Clover in 1949 in Akron, Ohio.
Mrs. Clover graduated from Akron University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She later graduated from Webster Groves University in St. Louis with a master's degree in reading. She was also a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Lambda Chapter, for over 50 years.
She was an avid reader, Cardinals fan, bird lover and crossword puzzle enthusiast.
Mrs. Clover is survived by three daughters, Peg Clover Stipek and husband Michael of Denver, Patty Clover and husband Scott Nirmaier of Columbia, and Cathy Seltsam and husband Robert of Columbia; a sister Margaret Garver Hufford of St. Louis; five grandchildren, Sean, Eva, Bruce, Sarah and Rory; and two great-grandchildren, Arlo and Olive.
Her husband, Wallace Clover, died earlier.
Services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Chapel Hill Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, located at 6300 Missouri 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016.
