Helen Marie Ousley worked for GTE in Iowa
COLUMBIA — Helen Marie Ousley died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2011. She was 88.
She was born July 17, 1923, in Columbia to Berryman and Ruby Allen.
On March 7, 1943, she married Robert Ousley.
Mrs. Ousley worked as an assistant to the president of General Telephone & Electronics Corporation in Grinnell, Iowa.
Mrs. Ousley is survived by five nieces, Lindsey Allen Stewart, Jill Allen Williams, Jodi Allen Mendieta, Jennifer Weiss and Kathleen Manning-Ousley; and three nephews, David Brett Allen, Bill Ousley and Jeffery Ousley.
Her husband, Robert Ousley, died earlier.
Family and friends will hold a private gathering. Burial will be at Columbia Cemetery.
