Battle High School’s first senior class won’t graduate until spring 2015. Join us as the Missourian covers the entire school, from grand opening to graduation, and so many stories in between, as the next two years unfold. Keep up with the project here.
This special project captures the stories of 100 Boone County residents, aged 1 to 100. The subjects tell a small part about themselves that together weaves a cross-generational story about us. View the complete project here. You'll also find the section available on the Missourian apps.
Battle High School will have ninth-, 10th- and 11th-graders when school starts in August. To mark the opening of the new school, the Missourian took an in-depth look at the new high school and heard from students, teachers and administrators about their hopes for the school. The content was published in multiple formats, and members can access the stories here and also download a pdf edition of the section's content. Also available to anyone is a $1.99 interactive iBook to read on your iPad. Or if you are interested in purchasing a printed book with all of the content, call the Missourian at 882-5700.
