Missouri Race 340

The grounds crew members of the Missouri River 340 provide their racers with vital items throughout the course. Most important is the moral support they give. 

After being delayed nearly a month by high water and fast currents, the Missouri River 340 race has begun.

Team Beauties and Barnacles, made up of 21 paddlers, will make the trek from Kansas City to St. Charles in an orange dragon boat. The boat and paddles will be donated to an inner-city youth paddling program in Cincinnati.
