Hunter, Vander Kooi named All-Big 12

Missouri volleyball players Lindsey Hunter and Jessica Vander Kooi were named to the All-Big 12 Conference Team and teammate Shen Danru earned honorable mention.

Hunter, a junior who was an All-Conference selection a year ago, leads the Big 12 in assists per game (14.36) and is ranked fourth in the nation in the same category.

Vander Kooi, a sophomore ranks second on the team in kills per game (3.99) and digs per game (3.14).

Danru, a junior, is first on the team in kills per game with 4.0.

Missouri plays Arkansas at 6 p.m. Friday in the opening round of the NCAA tournament at Hearnes Center. The winner will play the winner of the Illinois-Louisville match at 6 p.m. Saturday.

All-session tickets are available for $10 for adults and $7 for students and seniors. First round and second round tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
