Two more former Missouri football players have landed in the NFL.
Thomson Omboga and Scott Paffrath signed free agent deals on Wednesday
Omboga, a 6-foot-2, 195-pound wide receiver who caught 39 passes for 392 yards last season, signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings.
Paffrath, a 6-foot-5, 290-pound offensive tackle who was a three-year letterman while at Missouri, signed with the Washington Redskins.
Eight former Missouri players have been drafted or signed as free agents since Saturday.
Pat McNamara has joined the Tigers as an assistant coach.
McNamara, a 2001 graduate of Michigan State where he was a three-time All-American at 133 pounds, spent the past two years as an assistant at the University of Virginia.
McNamara will fill the void left by Robbie Waller, who was named the head assistant at Oklahoma earlier this year.
