  • SB 597: Mandates health insurance coverage for morbid obesity.

  • SB 634: Provides Medicaid benefits to all cancer patients.

  • SB 638: Requires notification of any radio frequency identification tag.

  • SB 700: Removes references to male and female employees and requires equal pay for the same work regardless of gender.
