Woman, 24, killed in Fulton auto accident

A Fulton woman was killed Sunday afternoon when a vehicle traveling south on Route Z, near Route JJ, crossed the center line in Callaway County.

The woman, Danielle Murphy, 24, was pronounced dead about 5:30 p.m. at University Hospital. Her mother, Melody Murphy, 44, and sister Kaitlin Murphy, 18, were passengers in the vehicle and were injured along with Charles Ayers of Kingdom City, who was driving the other vehicle. Melody Murphy was listed in critical condition, and Kaitlin Murphy was in fair condition Monday evening. A University Hospital spokeswoman said she had no information about Ayers.
