Would you like to help?

Next week marks the third anniversary of the start of the war in Iraq. As a community paper we would like to honor and commemorate the brave men and women who are currently serving abroad in the United State’s armed forces.

We also will be commemorating the lives of Major Michael Martinez, First Lieutenant William Edens and Sgt. Melvin Mora, who all died during active duty in the war. If you knew these men, please e-mail us with any stories or photos you would like to share.

Help us pay tribute by sharing memories, stories, prayers, well wishes and photos of loved ones currently serving in Iraq. We will be happy to print them and honor their commitment.
